As a newly established manufacturing facility, the customer required a complete production solution to build a modern fire extinguisher factory with high automation, stable production performance, and integrated manufacturing processes.
Based on the customer's product requirements and production objectives, Guangzhou Zhongwen Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd. provided a turnkey automated fire extinguisher production line solution, covering the complete process from cylinder manufacturing, welding, surface treatment, filling, testing, labeling, packaging, and palletizing.
